Questions
- How does billing work?
- Payment runs through Stripe at the interval shown on this page. You get an invoice by email; VAT is handled at checkout. We never store card details.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the billing portal on your account page — no email, no retention flow. Access runs to the end of the paid period. Your watchlist and saved views are never deleted: anything over the free limits simply becomes read-only.
- What does “founding” mean?
- The platform is early. Coverage is deepest in Central and South-Eastern Europe and still uneven elsewhere; features arrive steadily but the record is a work in progress. Founding members fund that work, keep this price for as long as they stay subscribed, and are capped at a fixed seat count. The seat counter shown while checkout is open is the live number, not marketing.
